Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which was established in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. He is passionate about educating the next generation of biblical Counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling Transformation of lives using God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three children along with the wife Leslie.
